1. MERCHANDISING ANALYSIS

Chitè production chain begins with the analysis of trends and consumer targets’ preferences along with the study of collections’ expansion.

2. CREATIVE DIRECTION
Federica

The second step follows the creative process and the collection’s development based on analysed trends. The creative director designs each product by integrating her artistic vision with the brand’s image.

3. PATTERN MAKING

Our pattern makers help us structure the technical and functional features of the products thanks to the considerable expertise they’ve developed over the years. 

4. PROTOTYPE DESIGN
Marinella

Our head seamstress designs our product’s prototype paying great attention to all details, such as seams and finishes.

5. DEFECTS EVALUATION

Each product’s fit, with its distinguishable details, is carefully evaluated.

6. FABRICS ORDER
Gabrielle

At this stage, all fabrics and accessories needed are ordered to bring collections to life.

7. FABRIC CUTTING
Paolo ed Elio

Our two artisans Paolo and Elio cut the fabrics based on each product’s individual pattern.

8. LINGERIE HANDCRAFTING
Marinella, Anna ed Elsa

At this stage, our three artisans (the ones we love calling “Chitè angels”) handcraft all products as in the best Made in Italy tradition.

9. QUALITY CHECK

Before entering our warehouse, we check every single garment ensuring we provide customers with impeccable quality products.
